ABOUT FIRST TOUCH

Have you ever been curious about soccer but never had the chance to try it?

First Touch is a free, beginner-friendly outdoor class designed specifically for adults ages 55 and older who want to explore the game in a safe, supportive environment.

This is not competitive and there is no running required.

We focus on:

  • Gentle movement

  • Balance and coordination

  • Light ball familiarity

  • Building confidence

  • Connecting with others

Each 45-minute session uses simple, walking and stationary soccer activities to help you feel comfortable with the ball at your own pace.

Whether you’ve never touched a soccer ball or haven’t played in years, you are welcome here.
